As a result of the Open Spaces Report and subsequent decisions of the Council, three committees were created to manage the first three projects. At the Annual Council Meeting on the 20th May 2023, the new Council resolved to change all of these committees to working groups:
- Signs Working Group
- Playground Working Group
- Sheepcot Pavilion Working Group
See below for details of the meetings of the former committees. This includes Agenda, Appendices and in due course, Minutes of those meetings, when approved.
Working Group meetings are not public meetings and there is no statutory requirement to allow Public & Press to attend to observe such meetings.
