The Goring Neighbourhood Plan (GNP) was made (adopted) as part of South Oxfordshire District Council’s development plan on Thursday 18 July 2019.
A second site (hosted by Google) contains the evidence on which the GNP was based.

A Neighbourhood Plan update Steering Committee was set up at the March 2026 Full Council meeting.
Initial membership of Cllrs Stares, Lofthouse & Emerson with member of hte public Enid Worsley a co-opted member.
