Traffic Management, Parking & Pedestrian Safety Committee Meetings

See below for details of the meetings of the Traffic Management, Parking & Pedestrian Safety Committee and its Sub-Committee, the Station Road Sub-Committee.  This includes Agenda, Appendices and in due course, Minutes of those meetings, when approved.

All committee and sub-committee meetings are public meetings to which the public and press are invited to observe.  At this time all meetings are being held virtually, when the legislation which allows this expires, it is anticipated these meetings will be held at the Parish Offices.

Future Meeting Dates:
Generally meetings will be held as needed, with no fixed dates.

On the 4th April 2020 legislation came in to force to allow Parish Councils to conduct their meetings virtually until May 6th 2021. Goring Parish Council hold “Virtual Public Meetings” using the platform GoToMeeting.  The details are given below to allow members of the public to attend the meeting, as they can at in person at meetings.
